Late Dr. B. L. Shenoy
Dr. B. L. Shenoy has an illustrious career record. Graduating from Madras Medical College with an MBBS degree, he began his career in the Indian Armed Forces. He launched his practice as a General Physician during the late 1950s. He established Shenoy Nursing Home, along with his wife, Dr. Vidya Devi in 1963. He has been one of the leading family physicians in Secunderabad.
Late Dr. Vidya Devi Shenoy
Dr. Vidya Devi Shenoy, also an alumna of Madras Medical College, specialized in
Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her professional journey included roles as a
professor and civil surgeon at Osmania and Gandhi hospitals, and she served as
the superintendent at ESI Hospital, Sanathnagar.
Born in 1923, Dr. Vidya Devi Shenoy co-founded Shenoy Nursing Home (now Shenoy
Hospitals) at the age of 40 alongside her husband, Dr. B.L. Shenoy. She
dedicated herself to Obstetrics and Gynecology at Shenoy Nursing Home until
2016, practicing until the remarkable age of 93. Post-retirement, she cherished
her time with her daughter, Dr. Mamata Deenadayal, and her grandchildren, and
great-grandchildren.
Her enduring zeal for her profession was evident as she avidly explored the
latest advancements in Obstetrics and Gynecology even in her later years. She
peacefully passed away on April 20, 2022, leaving behind a remarkable and
cherished legacy.

Dr. Deenadayal is the most renowned ENT surgeon in Hyderabad, with over three decades of experience. He holds the distinction of being the pioneering ENT surgeon in India to incorporate Radio Frequency in his surgeries. Known for his approachability, he is a genuine, down-to-earth individual, always lending a ‘compassionate ear’ to his patients.
Dr. Mamata Deenadayal
Dr. Mamata Deendayal is an icon of hope for couples who want to see their dream realized of parenthood. Having authored numerous publications in National and International scientific journals and books, she also lectures at conferences worldwide and was selected as the opinion leader representing India at a gynecological ultrasound summit held at Geneva in December 2018. She is the founder and Chairperson of the Telangana chapter of ISAR and is known for her academic and teaching skills and also a faculty at the Kiel University’s Reproductive Medicine course in Germany. Dr. Mamata is also known for her distinctive knowledge and expertise in gynecological 3D and 4D Ultrasound.
